This is an extremely rare circa 1910 Gibson pickguard for one of the "A" mandolins. It has some pickup routing and a hole for a volume pot, but is otherwise in solid condition and could be restored. It has very minor warp to it...it is pretty flat overall and is a nice example of early celluloid. There is a nail in the extension but could be removed.
