Vintage Baby Girl’s Small Dress/Top - Lace, Pink Roses, Green Corduroy, Ribbon

This is a vintage baby girl's dress (or top?) made by Handstands. Pre-owned but perfect condition. It has no tag noting size.  It measures 11" underarm to underarm, and 11” from top of shoulder to longest hem (laying flat).  The sleeves are 8" long.  Please examine the pictures carefully.
